My hair feels clean but not stripped of moisture after using. I have an interesting between curl pattern that could be 3C to 4A though leans 4A in the ringlets more but it’s also fine so my curls need light products. My scalp felt so refreshed afterwards! And it helped the frizz from Japan’s dry winter for sure!
Smells nice but subtle. Leaves my hair feeling clean . Not sure about the frizz control as I've only used it once and haven't noticed a difference yet.
I really love this shampoo. It smells lovely, gets my hair feeling properly clean, and helps so much with frizz. What I like most is that it cleanses well without stripping my curls or leaving my hair feeling dry. My hair feels soft, fresh, and much easier to manage after washing. Such a great shampoo, and I’m really happy with it.
I haven’t used it yet but it looks like it’s high quality with a nice scent can’t wait honestly I did use other things from this brand and I’d honestly recommend it to anyone with curly hair even straight hair
Hair looks less dry and frizzy after use. Only tried it for a month/month and a half to confidently say if it would make the hair more mosturized.
I can’t say this shampoo is bad, but it’s nothing special either. I expected a better effect, especially considering the brand reputation. The quality is decent, and the composition looks good on paper, but for me the benefit wasn’t outstanding. It works fine for hair cleansing and is suitable for different hair types and age groups, but I didn’t notice significant frizz control or extra moisturize effect. My scalp is slightly sensitive, and while it didn’t cause irritation, I also didn’t feel any special soothing benefit. The scent is pleasant and not overpowering, which I appreciate. The size and package are standard and convenient for regular use. However, I feel like it’s a bit heavy to rinse out - not critically, but slightly more effort compared to other shampoos. Overall, it’s okay, but there are more high-quality products with better performance. I expected more.
I am a repeat Curlsmith buyer. I was excited for this anti frizz line, because that is my number one concern with styling my hair. Unfortunately the weather hasn’t been humid yet, so I can’t really put the products to the test. I don’t have much trouble with frizz in the winter. But I like everything else about the products so far. I’m using the shampoo and the conditioner. They both seem a good size, and the scent is pleasant and not overpowering. My hair feels clean and soft.
i generally eschew scents but this smells fresh and fruity, i really like it. it's uniquely clarifying and moisturizing, a total winner of a set. - then i was in a friend's car and i was like, what is that garbage smell? the curlsmith, that's what.
The scent is absolutely incredible, but I use this product for the quality ingredients and notice the benefits for my hair and my very sensitive scalp. I find that my hair is a lot more moisturized. You definitely get more product because of the larger size they provide you with!
I've only used domestic shampoos, but this is my first time trying this. My scalp feels soothed when I shampoo. The formula is firm and bouncy, yet it lathers well and gently. The scent is really subtle and comforting.
