I was looking for an all natural product to help my 6 month old baby because she was very congested and I was so happy to find this amazing chest rub. It made her feel much better. The application is nice and it smells great.
Directions for use: For children 3 months and older, apply up to three times daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Gently rub on the chest, neck, or soles of the feet. Do not use on infants under 3 months of age.

I bought this on sale. It seems to be less irritating and I'm hoping it will help me sleep better.
It's a very large size and good value for money. However, it doesn't have much of a cooling sensation and doesn't seem to clear the nose very well, so I wonder if this size is better for babies? I think it's better for babies with stuffy noses than for the whole family.
