This drink mix works well to rehydrate and replenish my milk supply. It tastes pretty good if I can get it mixed really well (either shaker or electric whisk seem to work best). A couple of times, I haven't had access to a shaker or whisk and found that the taste was a little ... medicine-y at the end... which is purely a mixing problem on my end, but a word to the wise, if it's not well mixed, best to chug it than sip it.

The recommended amount is 2 cups a day. The first time I tried it with water, and I didn’t like the taste at all. The second time I had it with whole milk, and it actually tastes good that way. My milk production already seems to be slowly increasing. I’ve only had 2 cups so far and I’m already getting an extra 5 ml. That might not sound like much, but I normally pump around 40 ml per session.
