I typically take creatine so it's really helpful to have creatine and l-arginine together. I typically take it 30 minutes before my workout and I notice a difference in the pump. I still take more creatine since this is only 500mg per serving but it's still nice that I don't have to scoop as much anymore!

I am going to gym 3-4 times a week but this supplement i am taking every day. First effect i have noticed after a couple weeks of taking it was increasing endurance. I can perform more on a treadmill in gym! really now 1 h 20 min no problem! Its promising, lets see after couple months.
