I think this Vit C is great! I noticed a dramatical reduction in my bruises after about two-three weeks taking one pill a day. My recommendation will be not to try and break the pill in two if you want a lower dose, because it will be extremely hard to swallow. I tried, and it just stuck in the throat. To swallow the whole pill is no problem, though it is quite big. Doesn't have any taste, really, which is great! Because I bought a Vit C in powder before and it was disgusting to drink...
