these aren't just for kids. adults can take them too---i do. they provide the high quality 3 basic necessary ingredients for strong immunity---elderberry, vitamin c, and zinc. take these every day to help keep from catching colds. i like how they are non-gmo, vegan and they also taste great. if only they had stevia or xylitol rather than sugar, i would give them a 5 instead of 4 star rating.
