I live in Canada so we have 6 months of winter and because of that I am unable to get enough vitamin d from the sun. These pills are great because they are small and they are 5,000 IU so I only have to take one per day during the winter months.

micro ingredients quality made from coconut is approved for me, size is normal, dosage combined with 5000 iu vit d3, i noticed its not proportion unlike when i took vit d3 10000 + k2. it feels different or maybe bacuse i started with 10000 iu, it doesnt taste or smell bad. you can maximize the benefits when taken with k2

you need vitamin K with your vitamin D. micro has it all, very good quality, size is small, good for immunity, especially when there is no enough sun
