I actually like the taste of this one, and sea moss just does so many great things for me keeps me from bloating and also controls my appetite.

I was pretty skeptical since I've heard mixed information and research, but in my personal opinion this is a great supplement to add to your routine if you can budget for it!!. I have 2 tablespoons every time I'm eatinf (I do OMAD to help with my chronic illness) and at first i felt just as bloated as always or maybe even more, but after about 5 days I started waking up with such a flat tummy and no discomfort and it stayed like that throughout the day, I even feel confident at night and not like I'm 7 months pregnant. The flavor takes getting used to but now I crave it before a meal!! The texture is jelly/jam like and quite refreshing.
I heard a lot of good things about this company and wanted to try it after a long time it was out of stock. In terms of size, it's quite large, I kept it in the fridge and it lasted me a month. The packaging is easy to use, it arrived well packaged. And the taste is really great. The texture doesn't feel weird like eating jelly.
I’m not a big fan of cherry flavors, but this one is good. It doesn’t have a strong cherry flavor.

I have been looking for Seamoss, that has been tested, for a long time with quality ingredients. It’s a good compliment to the other supplements I take as well. This product keeps me energized and full. The taste isn’t bad either. I’ve ordered different flavors as well.
I wasnt sure and waited to hop on the Sea Moss band wagon. I am glad I did my research! The Cherry taste great , its authentic flavor. The packaging was secured when delivered. I know my body needed these minerals because ny eyed appears so white when I take it . Each jar size last about 2 weeks but my health is worth it
