This works really well when you have issues with gas,bloating, and stomach aches. for me, it works fast, within 10-15 minutes. Seems to help regulate the overall digestive process and might be helpful for others like me who have IBS and can have a variety of digestive issues going on at once.
Great quality pills. Size of the pills is huge though. And it smells and tastes strongly astafetida, but result is amazing. Bloating is gone, constipation too, digestive overall feels “fixed”. Will definitely order more
These are large tablets with a strong taste of asafoetida (think a cross between garlic and onion). I honestly don’t mind the taste or size, but fair warning. They have helped with candida and seem to make my stomach happy, so win-win!
