Been taking this for about 3 weeks now as part of a liver and gut healing protocol. 1000mg twice daily with food no nausea, no stomach upset, which honestly surprised me at this dose. Stacking it with milk thistle and it feels like a solid combination. No dramatic results to report yet but my body tolerates it well and that matters when you're dealing with a sensitive gut.
For 1,000 mg which is quite the effective dose and you get 240 caps of it which is quite a bit cheaper than everywhere else online especially since others max out at 600 mg only. I mean NAC itself is good; just make sure to take on an empty stomach for most effective absorption.
Similar to other brands by the size. Appears to have slightly less filler than the NAC by Now Foods. Large size pill for this dose is expected.
It was packaged well. It didn't cause an upset stomach like the other brands I've tried so I can attest to the quality ingredients. I've been pairing this with glycine for 3 weeks now & I can already notice a smoothing effect on my skin.
