In general, this is a good brand. The honey is of good quality and the price is reasonable. I bought all MGO 50, 100,150 and 263 to try and compare. They all look similar, the higher the number, the darker the colour. The main difference is the taste. Lower numbers are slightly sweeter. Higher numbers are also slightly thicker. But I would not say that the difference is huge. I found the MGO 150+ to be a wise choice. Still a good Manuka taste and not super expensive. Beyond that the difference is barely noticeable. The MGO 50 was too sweet for me. The photo shows a comparison of 50 (left) and 263 (right).

I bought Manuka honey when I was in Australia since then I don’t have it. I buy it again because it’s good for you immune system and more.

I love manuka honey a lot. The color of this one is brighter than in most other brands but I like the taste, consistency and quality. The packaging is also nice. I’ m adding one spoon to my nuts and dried berries mix in the mornings and it’s making a delicious and healthy breakfast.

The quality of this 100 MGO has better ingredients and the taste is not as sweet as the 50 MGO. What I like most about this product is the energy it gives me. I love this mixed with NOW cacao powder and Mt. Hagen coffee. iherb has the longest expiration dates, safest and fastest shipping!

It doesn’t taste the same like the other manuka honey I used to have. Can’t tell the effectiveness as I take it almost every morning. I’m trying to get different brands to find one that I like the most.
