The quality is very average. The ingredients are just very light honey. The taste has absolutely nothing to do with lavender. It's easy to use; it can be added to anything. The size is very small. The bottle is glass. The benefits are the same as all types of honey—a simple formula. It's suitable for a diet; yes, it has no added ingredients. One serving lasts a good amount of time. I wouldn't buy it again; there's no need. I expected it to taste like lavender, but it disappointed me.

It was expensive for the volume, and it was disappointing that it arrived in a glass jar without any cushioning. I'm just glad it didn't break. The taste and aroma vary by honey, and this lavender honey leaves a fragrant, faint herbal scent. However, it isn't the lavender scent we typically expect.
