This is a good formula, the color had too much orange tone in it for me. The downside, is that the cap was too loose, and does not stay on the lip pencil.
The lip crayons have good color payoff and are not drying. They apply smoothly unlike some other crayons, but at least one of the colors had a slightly strong smell? Almost chemically? I realize it is the formula for that color because other colors I bought didn't have that smell. If you are looking for a cheap lip color that isn't drying and has bold colors then these work just fine.
