unfortunately, this face balm didn't smell good, like rancid oil. if I mixed it well, I could get a hint of the essential oils, but they weren't overpowering enough. the texture and cleaning effects were okay.

I adore TRILOGY products. They are always of the highest quality, and this balm is no exception. It's simply wonderful...it's a shame it's not available in a larger size. This balm effectively removes makeup and impurities, and you don't need a tissue to rinse it off. It easily dissolves makeup without irritating the skin. It leaves skin soft and clean, perfect even for sensitive skin. It's fragrance-free, so it's easy to use. It's incredibly effective: it dissolves everyday makeup and surface impurities well, and rinses off completely, leaving skin soft, not tight.

It takes a lot of product to remove waterproof eye makeup, and it's not very convenient to use because it's a cream and the surface is quite hard!

For cleansing, this balm is effective at removing makeup, dirt, and you do not need a cloth to rinse it off your face. I will be ordering this again.....guaranteed.

Trilogy is one of my favourite brands, so I bought this melt away make-up balm while it's on sale. The texture is easy to apply and remove makeup.

Don't rely on aromatherapy. This balm goes rancid quickly and develops an unpleasant odor—the same one that developed with their Everything Balm. It smells like rancid vegetable oils. I've bought a lot of products from this brand, and the only one I liked was the facial toner; I've used it four times. This balm is also thick and difficult to spread over the face, stretching the skin no matter how much you warm it in your fingers. It's tight, not meltable. You have to remove it with a damp, warm towel; simply rinsing with water won't work. It works well with makeup (not waterproof) and SPF, but the smell and the excessive hassle of using it ruin everything. I think that's where I'll end my discussion of natural, organic cosmetics.

i like this brand because of it’s quality, it is confortable package for traveling and taking everywhere with you, good texture and smell, fits for my dry skin and cleans make up very well

I really like this brand and use many of their products, but this was the first time I used this particular item. I warmed it up in my hands and massaged it into my face, then wiped it off with a hot towel in the bath, and my skin felt so plump and wonderful. I'd like to continue using it.
