The balm has a pleasant texture, easily turns into a soft milk when in contact with water, and the skin after use becomes incredibly soft and moisturized. Does not cause irritation, suitable for sensitive skin. I use it daily and noticed that the skin has become smoother and fresher. Excellent product, I recommend it to everyone!
The best cleansing balm I have used. Its composition is very high quality and gentle on my sensitive skin and it benefits my skin because it moisturizes it even though I use it frequently. It has no flavor and is suitable for all ages. The size is ok at 120ml with a nice plastic packaging with a spatula.
I absolutely loved this and even got the tangerine one from a different website. Scent? Amazing. The smell is really nice and cozy. The size? Also really great for someone who doesn’t put makeup everyday (even so, it’ll last long). Quality? Stunning! Packaging? Also really neat. I don’t have sensitive skin but definitely feels so soft and melts all the makeup and sunscreen. It leaves a moisturizing feeling after wash, and is very gentle 👍🏼
I was skeptical about the product, but since I started using it, after washing my face with soap, I put witch hazel on it and my face is clean without a trace of makeup.

The balm doesn’t need water to emulsify, and it easily melts in the hand. It removes makeup and cleanses well. My only complaint is the balm kind of smells like plastics.

I really love the packaging of this cleansing balm. The built-in spatula is a great touch because it keeps the product clean and prevents germs from getting in, which I really appreciate. I haven’t tried it on my face or with my heavy YSL foundation yet, but I tested it on my hand and I love how it melts into an oil so smoothly. The scent is a bit strong for me, but the texture and formula seem promising.
