These IQ bars are all delicious and very healthy and I buy them over and over. I love them. They come in different flavors and all I have tried are so good. I strongly suggest you get them if you like healthy snacks. The coconut one is delicious if you like coconut.

10/10 for anyone who loves coconuts! I recommend popping them in the fridge to get them slightly firm. Definitely one of my fave IQ Bar flavors 🥥🫶

I have 4 favorite IQ bars, and Toasted Coconut might be in first place. I have been on Dr. Berg's (youtube) Healthy Keto diet for almost a year. I already had the habit of having a protein bar with my coffee after breakfast. IQ bars are an awesome replacement. To mix it up a bit, this is how I eat them: Chocolate Mint Chip IQ bar with my coffee after my noon time 1st meal. The Chocolate IQ bar I break up into pieces and add them to a couple spoonsfull of natural peanut butter and add sugar free keto chocolate chips, the Peanut Butter chip IQ bar I break up into Nuttzo chocolate nut/seed butter and add sugar free keto chocolate chips and the Toasted Coconut IQ bar I eat along with toasted and salted macadamia nuts (low carb, low oxalates) and sugar free keto chocolate chips. Satisfying, feels like I'm indulging but no insulin spike and I'm still losing weight!

What makes them worth it: Clean Ingredients: The quality is obvious—no soy, no dairy, and no sugar alcohols that cause bloating. It uses clean pea protein and healthy fats from almonds and coconut. Perfect Texture: It’s soft and chewy (not dry!) with a nice little crunch from the chocolate chips. Real Benefits: I love that it includes Lion’s Mane and Magnesium. I actually feel a steady lift in focus rather than the usual sugar crash I get from other "healthy" bars. Low Carb/Keto: Only 2g of net carbs, which is rare for a bar that actually tastes like a treat. The toasted coconut flavor is natural and not overpowering. If you want a clean, functional snack that doesn't taste like cardboard, this is a great choice. Definitely a repeat buy for me!

These are good quality protein bars. Overall, the ingredients are good too. The size of each protein bar is quite standard. The taste is okay. I would say that it is more suitable for me personally than many other protein bars. This protein bar has become a repeat purchase for my family.

I really like the IQ bar series. This particular flavor isn’t as good as the mint one but still quite enjoyable. Would purchase this again
