Better than general electrolyte type brands
As an Australian, I was introduced to this brand and IQ Mix by some American friends, and I'm so glad I was. I've been using these, even just once a day in my work water bottle, and it really helps regulate my mood & keep me hydrated well. A little pricey, yes, but I try to get the mixed pack, so I have variety among the flavours. However, my favourite is the berry flavour. Worth a try!

The taste is hit or miss
The calorie count is a bit iffy. I should have bought a different product that is 5kcal per liter... (This product is 10kcal per 500ml). Also, the Blueberry Pomegranate is delicious, but the Peach Mango and Blood Orange are a bit strange.

The size of each serving is too much for me to drink at one time, but I often share one with other family members and then make another one later that day. The taste is okay.

Seems to be a new product - the key part is probably the magnesium L-threonate and lion’s mane combo. Got the variety pack to check all the flavours - for me they all are more on the sweeter side. Blood Orange and Lemon Lime are nice, Blueberry and Peach Mango are too sweet. They all mask the unpleasant taste of NAC, so a perfect morning combo.
