I have been plagued with injury to both of my shoulders limiting my range of movement and strength. I have completed one 60cap bottle. I have noticed big improvements in range and strength. have used BPC before but this is first for Arginate salts version. have noticed significant recovery benefits as had total knee surgery a short time ago. my energy has returned and gym performance back to pre surgery levels and old shoulder injury has also improved with its usage. will be reordering to keep continuous cover going.
I ruptured my achilles tendon last year. I was at week 32 of my physiotherapist supervised rehab protocol. I used bpc157 with 10g collagen and Vit C for 8 weeks from week 32 to 40. I experienced a noticable speed up in functional milestones and measurable improvements in force plate testing for calf strength on the injured side during this time. even my physio was impressed. My gut also seemed to tolerate foods that used to irritate me. I like to think of this product as the final garnish/seasoning. If you didn't have the main dish of proper rehab, nutrition and sleep then you have nothing to season. Excellent quality product with definite benefits in my personal experience when combined with proper diet and rehab. No taste, easy size to swallow, small packaging (easy to store) and an ingredient that has seemingly lived up to the hype as an accelerant but not a magic bullet.
I’ve had shoulder issues since surgery for several years, including nerve pain. It’s obviously slower than injections but it’s safer and is compounded with the correct salt in the compound to allow it to not get destroyed by the gut. I think another two does and I’ll be back to normal.
Very good product from a trusted brand. Added this in to my gut health stack and have noticed some improvement in sluggish digestion and gastric irritation. I like that the capsules are arginate salt, making it more GI stable. No adverse taste. A more expensive supplement but worth the investment. Would buy again.
Not see any improve after two weeks on knee pain, if something changes going to update this review.
