No more food noise
After using this product for less than one month, I can already tell that it has made me feel less hungry. I don't seem to experience the "food noise" as much. Now, so far I haven't lot any weight, but, I think that using it long term might show results. I used to always feel hungry & since I've been using these capsules I have easily slipped down to eating two meals a day instead of three. I'm excited to keep using to see how much it can help me
