This is a great formulation, it also has Quercetin and works as a great anti inflammatory. I take it once a day, and make breaks so I don’t get used to these.

Like this product but just wanted Curmcumin by itself for my constant pain each day. It does cut the inflammation down and reduces my pain quit a bit.
Really good product I am satisfied but the dose needs to be on the higher end and it comes a bit pricey. Also the gelatine capsules caused me GI irritation.
