Good quality, natural ingredients, size of the pills a bit big. Can't say yet a out their benefit but will monitor for this month and will comeback with update review. It is supplement not cancelling the correct habits of eating. Taste less. No side effects like dizziness or fatigue. Is not clear the frequency of taking the pills

I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect when I started taking this GLP-1 supplement. At first, I thought the reduced appetite might just be a placebo effect, but after using it consistently, I noticed that I don’t feel as hungry as I normally do.

Easy to swallow the capsules, so it's a good size. I'm feeling myself much more energetic since I'm taking these. Ingredients seems to be well balanced for me. I'll by it again.
