Ive tried a lot of protein shakes already and im not really a Vanilla person. But this brand hits different its creamy and pure taste. I liked the flavor its yummy. Definitely can recommend to vanilla lovers and good macros.
If you don't have separate creatine, you're already covered. It's an expensive, brand-name product with a pleasant taste. I'd only consider buying it if it's on sale for financial reasons.
finally i finish the protain package ! very good taste (sweet but not heavy after taste). i preffered the creamt vanilla over the chunky monket (but only my peraonal taste). they actually both tate good. need to mix with almost 500 ML so it be smooth and easy to drink. taste good and quality

I liked the protein! The cookie crumb flavor is very pleasant, I'd even say enticing! Serving size is 44g, including 25g of protein and 5.0g of glutamine, plus 5g of creatine per serving! The ingredients seem to be standard—no unnecessary chemicals! The packaging is a durable plastic 1kg jar. The nutritional scoop is for one serving! I take it after a fitness workout. It can be recommended as a dietary supplement, plus I think the creatine provides additional benefits! The main thing is not to overdo it! Conclusion: the percentage is decent, the quality is decent, it's worth trying, at least to get an idea of what a protein with creatine is like!
