Excellent quality. Superb ingredients – not just exogenous ketones, but also MCT C8 powder. The taste is outstanding. The packaging size is very practical, even for on the go. In other words, a very successful keto product with a well-thought-out formula.
The ketones in Shift are tested to be high quality, much the same as those from Prüvit, thus top of the pops, and they seem to be much less expensive, compared to Prüvit, but watch out for the weight of the filling: about half as those from Prüvit or even less. Only with a 2-for-1 deal at iHerb they really are clearly cheaper. And if the Prüvit ketones are very sweet (they are), Shifts beats them easily. The wild berry is undrinkable for me, so I loose 3 of the 7 in a pack, the peach version I can stand only if diluted by half and some lemon juice added. Thus the advantage of the 2:1 deal was neztralized. There seems to be no neutral version, which is awkward as not the whole world can stand these heavy sweet artificial flavors.

I like the different flavours and especially love the peach taste
Ingredients are pure ketones converted into drink. Taste is a bit salty, but good. Size is good for a week. I don't know what is in the composition, except what I read in the back, but the package is very convenient especially when you travel. I can have real ketones on the go.
