This has really helped my digestion after meals a lot less bloating

I use it as a supplement after meals to help with digestion. It also works for occasional belly aches. Because it is food-grade, I now also use it as a toilet freshner since all the freshners are toxic to a lesser and greater degree, including essential oils (that was a shocker). 1-2 small sprays work like a charm, and it lasted me 2-3 weeks. not exactly cost-effective but harmless. I highly recommend it.

Blends well in water, makes water drinking much more enjoyable.

I was skeptical about buying this oil due to infamiliarity, however I'm glad I took the chance! It's probably the best peppermint oil I have tried in a very long time. The bottle is fantastic to get just the right amount of drops out and into my tea. The quality overall seems much better than any other peppermint oil I've been able to find locally and a definitely A+++ on my recommendations for esophagus/stomach issues!

For long refreshment, I put 2-3 drops in glass of water or lemonade and it gives me fresh taste and feeling, I love it. Also I really love that they put really precise cap, which is giving small drop by drop so you have really control of dosage, it wont go out like crazy after a while, it stays precise. Also, loove it that its just 1 (2) ingredients. Just by the scent you will know its top notch quality!

i used a germany brand before, its quite expensive, and this brand is same quality but more lower price compared, its made my immune system stronger to protect from virus...
