My postprandial drowsiness and chronic fatigue have significantly decreased. I think I may have been pre-diabetic without realizing it. When I checked my fasting and postprandial blood sugar levels, they were in the pre-diabetic range. While my levels haven't dropped significantly, my daily routine has improved significantly. I find it easier to wake up in the morning, and the post-prandial drowsiness I used to feel has decreased by less than a third. I immediately notice my post-prandial drowsiness returning if I stop taking it for more than two days. I'm trying my best to adjust my lifestyle while taking the supplements to improve my metabolic efficiency. For now, I plan to take it for three months straight and then stop for two to four weeks. There seems to be little difference in effectiveness across brands, so I recommend purchasing Phytosome products on sale or at a discount.

Sorry I am not sure why but this not helps with neither appetite control or weight loss. Really disappointed I tried for 3 weeks and NO RESULT

I picked this berberine because the formula looked straightforward, and overall I'm happy with it. The capsules are easy to swallow, and the bottle arrived well sealed. Everything seemed fresh, and I didn't notice any weird smell or taste. It did what I expected, although the results were a bit more subtle than I'd hoped. I still think it's a good-quality supplement, and I'd consider buying it again, especially if it's on sale. Just don't expect miracles overnight. 4/5.
