It's quite sweet, but easy to drink with no unpleasant aftertaste. I like it because I can sleep soundly if I drink it 30 minutes before bed.

I have repurchased this now maybe 5 times. It has been the best sleep drink I have taken. I have tried several other brands and nothing has compared to this yet. I always have deep rem sleep and wake up feeling so refreshed and energized. I use it with hot water before bed and feels like a nice hot chocolate drink.
