quest nutritions sweets ingredients are not bad since they dont put maltital. maby brands say no sugar but they put maltital which is almost same with sugar. and also quest cookies tastes good:)
A super convenient and delicious protein snack
I’m not a big fun of them they taste super sweet a bit too much artificial and honestly, the ingredients are not that good. There’s a nice bar and my boyfriend does like it, but the qualities is not the best definitely has benefits and the size is nice.
