I bought this for my husband he loved it I got the raspberry one 🥰 this company did very good I bought like 5 bottles so far I’m just scared from the biotin dose in it to get me acne because I’m so sensitive skin like that so I prefer the raspberry one and so good with me .
Take this on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. I can feel the difference in the quality of my hair as well as in the thickness. it has been a month already, so I can say that my hair feels less thin. lookimg forward to 2 or 3 months later.
Kept a small pair of pliers in my kitchen drawer for stubborn pull tabs. No more broken nails. The pliers also open tight jar lids. A handy, unexpected tool.
Its my 1st month so far, and I like the taste. Its not too sweet for me and I was a little hesitant because of the dragon fruit flavor but I don't mind it. I haven't noticed a difference as yet, but I'm committing to it for a few months because things like this take a while until you notice any changes.
