Not a fun of the citrus flavor honestly, it kind stings my mouth, but the brand seems good quality and I don’t get any side effects from it. I bought it for the good ratio of omegas and supposedly good quality ingredients.
I’ve tried a lot of omega-3 supplements, and this is the first one I actually don't mind taking. No fishy aftertaste at all, just a light citrus flavor that’s really pleasant. I’ve been taking these for a little while now, and overall, I’m quite happy with them. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the bottle is a bit small — it would be great to have a larger option or better value for the price. It has a decent amount of vegan epa and dha , if you combine with good diet and ritual essential multi you will get the perfect amount of daily required Epa and Dha.it smells great .
The quality is okay ingredient is good taste is good use is good size is normal package is good benefit I am not sure composition recipe diet fits perfectly serving size is okay frequency is to use it three four times a week I quite like this product might repurchase after finish
