I ordered these because the quality of the ingredients seemed better than some of the other brands that I was researching and definitely wanted a good fish oil. I will say there is no fishy after taste or smell. The capsules are kind of large but I don't have an issue with that. I like that it is triple strength and it doesn't have a bunch of ingredients that I can't pronounce. I have bought other sports research products and they seem good it is very hard to tell unless you're getting blood work done or something like that how well of something is working but just the ingredients alone me knowing that I'm putting that in my body makes me feel good because it just adds more health to you

A great quality product. The ingredients are what i needed. The package is good. It tastes okay to me. I don’t like fish so it was a great substitute. I am in my twenties and it has been suitable to my age. The omega benefited my hair, weight and inflammation problems. Usually, fish oil softgels stick together in transit, but I haven't even opened this bottle yet and can clearly hear the softgels shaking inside individually without any clumping! I’ve taken many omega brands. Some have this bad taste. Or they give me this fishy burps (I know, disgusting) this one doesn’t have that + I don’t have to take 4 pills to get a good dose. Greet quality all in one pill a day. Seems to be cleanly sourced omega 3 no bad taste, large pill but doesn’t bother me. Great value for the amount you get. If you’re working on your diet ans fitness (and cognition) this is a high benefit item. Will be repurchased.

The quality and ingredients in this omega 3 supplement is really good pure and i got benefits lowering my LDL cholesterol after i got my blood test and reducing inflammation, i really like it has no fishy after taste good size that last me while, nice large package definitely worth every penny 🙌🏼

The quality of this fish oil seems great and I didn’t notice any unpleasant aftertaste, which is a big plus. However, the softgels are very large and can be difficult to swallow. If you’re okay with bigger softgels, this is a good option, but for me the size is the only downside.
