I hardly give reviews but I must say this though, my 2 year old was always grinding her teeth. I was deeply worried when I did a research and saw what could be associated with bruxism. She's also a picky eater with a poor diet, so I couldn't get her to eat anything apart from rice and cereal. I got this vanilla flavored milk after seeing the ingredients and benefits, and in one week, bruxism disappeared. No more teeth grinding. Though it tastes good but she wouldn't drink it, so the way I use it is by put it in her cereal serving every morning. This product is amazing. Package arrived very fast.
