Best Catch Omegas®, 120 Softgels

Good omega, price quality concentration works great. Dosage according to instructions

Similar to other fish oils I have tried, this one is pretty straightforward. I grabbed it on a BOGO promo, making it a highly cost-effective way to stock up. It is a standard fish oil that fits perfectly into a daily supplement stack. Nothing overly remarkable, but it is a good staple product to have on hand when the price is right.

The quality and ingredients are excellent (wild-caught fish), and the omega-3s are in triglyceride form (for better absorption). Benefits for overall health, including a positive effect on brain and heart function, relief of joint inflammation, and improved skin and hair. The capsules are in good condition, and the packaging is intact.

An excellent source of highly purified omega-3 with an excellent ratio of EPA and DHA. The softgels are easy to swallow and leave no unpleasant fishy aftertaste or burping. I noticed an improvement in my skin and overall energy after starting to take it. The high-quality formula, free of unnecessary additives, is ideal for everyday cardiovascular and joint health support.

Enteric coating prevents fishy burps. The softgels have a mild but very pleasant lemony smell.

I take Omega-3 regularly. The capsules are small and odorless. I take two capsules a day, after breakfast.

Great high DHA and EPA levels reall.y good quality. Purchased this on offer but may buy again even at full price due to quality
