Incredible three in one option. As a vegetarian I don’t get enough omegas and as an older woman d3 is essential as well as k2 to help it work correctly. This takes the place of 3 pills. Amazing for someone who takes lots of supplements!!

Checked with AI and bought it for my back pain! Started with the 2X omega for few months and pain gone like 90%+ in just half month. Downgrading to regular omega for maintenence and hope it works the same as well. Great quality.
Although it's rather expensive, it has the ingredients I need as a vegan. The potency is good and it's convenient to take. I just hope the oil is not rancid since the lemon flavor masks rancidity, it there is any.

These are large pills, physically, they are a bit challenging to swallow despite being smooth gels. It is convenient to have the Omegas combined with D3 and K2. Fewer pills to take, easier to remember. The only downsides, there are often out of stock and I question what exactly is in the lemon flavor. Regarding the flavoring, there's no specification to know what that flavoring entails.
