The taste of this is incredibly sweet and would work well in anything so do not worry. The color is beautiful. At a pastel green the quality of this natural food dye would work amazingly as a food color additive to all of your recipes. It is easy to blend and tasty.

This is a wonderful alternative to synthetic pandan extract. However, if using it purely as a food color, the color is not vibrant and takes a whole lot of product to make something green.

Love that this uses all natural quality ingredient and it even delivers the pandan flavor and tastes good as well! The color is not a vibrant artificial green though, it is more subtle and natural which I like. It is in pretty good size package. I could definitely use this in a lot of my recipes.
