Not the same taste and not the same color as the Ube I had at coffee shops

Did not enjoy this at all. The powder is dull looking, does not taste like ube, simply bad.

I didn't find it that great, maybe I put too much in the coffee, but it's totally different from the ube I tried in a coffee shop in the US. It smells and tastes like cornstarch, I put a tablespoon in my coffee and it was awful. The texture isn't pleasant either, it doesn't dissolve completely, you can feel some very fine grains when you're drinking the coffee. Ube has great benefits for the body, but it didn't work well in coffee. Maybe it would be better in a pancake recipe.

I expected the product to be a little more saturated in color, and I use it mainly for desserts, but it didn't work for me. Its content and taste are good, healthy and suitable for a diet.

Wow... the price is a bit steep, haha. I decided to give it a try since it was on sale. I bought it because it's 100% pure. Since Cafe Ubae is a sugary drink, I wondered how this would compare. The color is light purple; it looks like you need to add two spoons for the color to come out well. I like that it doesn't have any unwanted ingredients mixed in. The taste is just bland. The ingredients are good, and I'm thinking of using it for baking. On the other hand, the capacity is very small.
