Had this been honestly labeled magnesium oxide, I would never had bought it. Since I had queried on magnesium glycinate, and this bottle had magnesium in large letters on the front (with no oxide) , I assumed that it was glycinate. Only in the ingredients section of the label is the truth exposed. Oxide is a very inferior form of magnesium with very limited bioavailability. Buyer beware.

No problem with this vitamin. Using it mainly due to leg and foot cramps. I understand it helps with sleep as well.

Since it's a tablet, it might be a little difficult to swallow, but 400mg is just right for me, so I take it twice a day.
