I used it and my liver enzymes went down nicely, my triglycerides also decreased, but the side effect was constipation, and the smell was a bit unpleasant, but the quality is good.
quality wise it is good, but the dose is heavy for small body composition. I divided it in two small capsules. smells like herbs but effective. but make sure not to overdose esp milk thistlenit gives the worst headache haha. taste is okay nonprob. it is comapativle with my diet
I've used NAC from different brand but I'm switching to this one because of the ingredients. It's pretty good and it has milk thistle that is supposed to be good thing for the liver.

This is a quality NAC and Milk thistle combination. Both antioxidant and liver support ingredients in one dose capsule. although the Milk thistle only 50 mg per serving. In total there are 120 vegetable capsules.
I have high hopes for this supplement! I have been taking it daily for a couple weeks and I think I am beginning to see results in that I am experiencing less brain fog. I hope that it also works to improve my liver enzyme numbers. I like the combination of ingredients and it is a reasonable price for the size.
