I actually take 25mg because I am small and that works for me. Easy to swallow, easy to divide. Take in AM though as can increase energy.

After 4 days, frequency dropped from 4 times a week to about once. Compared to regular B6, this form works faster and feels stronger. Be careful not to overuse, as high doses may feel intense.
