I didn’t notice any benefit from this probiotic. I used it as directed, but it didn’t improve digestion or gut health at all. Honestly feels like a waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for real results.

This is one of the probiotics that is good for restoring the bacteria needed by the Root Chakra. The other probiotic needed for it is Lactobacillus Acidophilus.
