This is my first time trying this brand. Have been taking red yeast to cope with cholesterol. Ingredients wise same as the others. Package is secured. Taste is ok.

I am taking this supplement to lower my cholesterol, and it works! It includes the CQ10 and it priced reasonably. The capsules are not too large to swallow and tasteless.

Vitamatic is good option as an accessible brand. I bought this red yeast rice as a natural cholesterol manager. The combo of coq-10 is also great because it can potentially be depleted from red yeast rice
