Good product. I was able to create yogurt with this probiotic powder which indicates the probiotics are active.

I have anemia, and I’ve learned that iron absorption can be a challenge. To improve absorption, I take my iron supplement alongside sodium butyrate, lactoferrin, and Lactobacillus plantarum. I also avoid coffee, tea, dairy, and tomatoes for 1–2 hours before and after any meal that contains iron or an iron supplement, as these ingredients can reduce iron absorption by up to 90%.

I took it to support my gut flora. The powder format was convenient—I can add it to water, yogurt, or smoothies. It dissolves well and has a neutral taste. After a couple of weeks of regular use, I noticed improved digestion: less bloating, easier bowel movements after meals, and more normal bowel movements. My overall well-being and mood also improved. Pros: pure ingredients without unnecessary additives, large jar, easy to dose. Cons: Some may prefer capsules over powder. Overall, this is an excellent probiotic; it works gently and effectively. I'll be taking it again.

I have tried a couple of Vitamatics probiotics, and so far I'm really happy. Usually probiotics with that strength cost an arm and a leg, and this here is quite affordable, especially when there's a sale on. I've already taken it, no complaints so far.
