I got this to use for sleep when I don’t have an Epsom salt bath. I like other magnesium oils, this one doesn’t burn my skin.

I found out I am low in magnesium, as a lot of people are so I bought this to spray on my arms, legs, and stomach. The instructions say it can be used as a deodorant and let me tell ya, it's the best natural deodorant I've ever used! It has no scent and seems to be a high quality product and a good size that lasts a while!

I ordered this for my 71-year-old mother. She has restless legs syndrome. It didn't work for her; there's a burning sensation. I'm not entirely sure what the effect is. It seems to relieve leg pain. There's also a burning sensation. So, it's hard to recommend this product. Be sure to wash your hands after use to avoid getting any in your eyes. There's no scent.

It definitely improved my sleep. I apply the magnesium oil to my calves before bed every night. At first, I didn't notice much of a difference, but after about a week I started sleeping better. The only downside is that it made my skin feel a bit dry after continued use, so I started wiping off any residue in the morning, which solved the problem.

I have been putting this into my bath in the evenings. It seems I am sleeping better and having less leg cramps. I am a fan so far.
