Slippery Elm Bark, 180 Vegetable Capsules

I bought this Slippery elm for my troubled stomach. I read it can help with microbiom, gastritis, ICS etc. I'll come back with updates.

These are great, I have noticed a big difference. Was told to take 2 of these at night as I have gut issues. They are making a difference for me the next morning. They are a bit big so not especially easy to take, but they are worth it.
