The second grinding and brewing, taking care to avoid high temperatures, including grinding and water temperature, resulted in a significant increase in aroma and flavor. These are likely sun-dried beans, with a sweet, fermented flavor. Mild and delicious. However, the aroma doesn't last long for some reason. I wonder if the manufacturer's roasting technique could be improved. I'm not an expert, just my personal opinion. The beans are a beautiful light brown, uniform in size, and undamaged; they are carefully selected good beans.
