Super fast/ free shipping. Immediate and positive customer service and resolution with my damage/refund issue. I love all the " b fresh items" I received and saw others Id like to try. I cant wait to use them and gift a few to my neice. Thank you !! BUT sadly .... I could not rate 5 stars. To be perfectly honest I will be very hesitant to order anything else from here in the future based on MY personal experience as a first time buyer. If I do decide to order again I will definitely not buy anything that is breakable or liquid due to huge packaging concerns. 1. Packaging was not secure at all! shocked to find ZERO packing material inside box to secure movement and no tape around bottle caps/lids to prevent leaking. ( One item of the six I got arrived opened, near empty , causing a soggy , torn box wrapped in a clear plastic bag on my porch. I was happy but also shocked my other 5 liquids arrived intact as the caps and lids were not on tight and secure for transit .) 2. Site navigation and checkout process was a little frustrating and misleading . I did not receive the advertised new customer % off promotion code that was advertised . Hopefully the feedback helps and improvements can be made to ensure future orders arrive safe for buyers. * I would recommend the site to friends and family though. I would just strongly caution any potential buyer to read the reviews before confirming order.

Nice floral coconut smell. It's not overpowering. The size is large so it will last a long time.
