The ingredients are undoubtedly high quality. The taste is a bit thick and not recommended if drunk straight, but it's delicious when mixed with yogurt or used in other ways.

This is my second time ordering this. It's filling and delicious. A great substitute for Uterrads. It has a thick consistency. I mix one scoop with 350 ml of warm water, shake it, and all the lumps dissolve quickly. It also has a wonderful blend of vitamins and beneficial bacteria.
