Really horrible quality. This product does absolutely nothing, with the ingredient being Lactuca indica instead of actual wild lettuce (Lactuca virosa). That’s a completely different species with none of the expected effects people are buying this for. This feels misleading at best. If you’re looking for the typical mild sedative/analgesic properties associated with real wild lettuce, you won’t get anything from this. Zero noticeable effects/benefits even at higher dosages. Size & Taste are irrelevant in this context. Either the manufacturer doesn’t know the difference or is intentionally substituting a cheaper, ineffective plant. Either way, this is not what’s advertised. Even other companies selling Wild Lettuce would use at least Lactuca serriola due to it being a cheaper alternative but Indica is not on the list because it has nothing to offer. Avoid.

Excellent value for money. I bought it to help with my body aches. I take it along with Swanson's White Willow bark.
this ingredient comes in a small sized capsule with no taste. the benefits tend to build up although its dosage feels small. it provides a sense of calmness and relaxation and in higher dosage analgesic.
It takes care of both my problems with just one supplement.

I usually use the leaves for making tea before bedtime but in the winter you can't find it so I tried the capsule and it worked! It inspiring for falling asleep. you can also take one when you wake up in the middle of the night and can't go back to sleep. the capsule size is good and easy to swallow
