The packaging looks good and the pill size is standard. Quality is fine too. Though I am not sure of the effects because there is very high dv of vitamins A , C and E so mostly i have been taking half doses or on days where I am not taking conflicting supplements to avoid overdosing.

ive been working out and taking multiple supplements by Nutricost. so far it seems good and value for money. Im not sure about the heavy metal and how clean their manufacturing process is but i think it should be alright.
