I finished the box. Combined with NMN, I feel much more energetic. However, it has a ginger flavor. I'll look for a substitute once I run out of my stock.

this unflavoured version has a weird and strong acidic taste that reminds me of propolis tincture. the powder is really hard to melt in liquid. unpalatable and I will not repurchase.
You feel the difference after drinking it but the unflavoured version tastes REALLY bad so be prepared to mix it in some juice
It just so happens that this contained all the supplements I was taking individually after research over the years. a bit of a timesaver everyday as now I only have to carry around satchels when traveling. Quality you can taste, the ingredients are good. I go for the unflavoured as to be able to mix it with other things. Much benefit over time. You can feel a surge of energy and wellbeing from 10 minutes after taking, and more longer term benefits. Could go into detail but best just research each ingredient. And due dilligence.
I think it works! However, the unflavoured version isn’t the most palatable, gotta mix it in something and gulp it down
I like this one. A bit expensive but ingredients are good. dosage is good. Taste is slightly bitter without sweetener.
