Slightly pricey without discount, but works, fills up nutrition gaps since unsure how much vitamins i am getting normally due to busy schedule.
I used Centrum for years but decided to switch to this one to give it a try. I've only been taking it for 15 days. So far, it feels like my energy levels and memory have improved slightly, but it's still too early to give a definitive answer.
The quality is absolutely top-notch, and noticeable from the first dose! The ingredients are excellent! The size is medium, but it's convenient to swallow two at a time... It's certainly effective, and the packaging is good, dark, and blocking light. The results are there, I highly recommend it.

The composition of antioxidants and other nutrients is good. Taking four pills a day is good. Although it may be a bit burdensome, it replenishes nutrients that are easily deficient as one ages, and it contains both digestive and systemic enzymes to aid digestion.

I take these vitamins 2 in the morning and 2 at lunch after meals, so I continue the effect of these vitamins for almost the whole day, I feel good, I definitely have more energy.
